Wellness Committee

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence.  The TBHC Wellness Committee shares local resources, facilitates initiatives and advances community wellness to support and sustain healthier lifestyles.

The TBHC Wellness committee meets the 4th Friday of each month from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM via conference call.
