Wellness Committee

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence.  The TBHC Wellness Committee works to identify and share local resources and promote community wellness to create and sustain healthier lifestyles.

 

The TBHC Wellness Committee in conjunction with the Wellness Council of Tampa Bay hosts an annual health and wellness conference.  Our next Wellness Conference, will be held on June 13th, 2017 at the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg. Link with more details below!
